National crush Rashmika Mandanna is starring in the film ‘The Girlfriend’. Actor-cum-director Rahul Ravindran is directing this movie. The film, which is being jointly produced by Geetha Arts, Mass Movie Makers and Dheeraj Mogileni Entertainment, has already completed its muhurtham. Latest regular shooting of this movie has started in Hyderabad.
Rashmika along with other key actors will participate in this 20-day schedule. This movie is being made as a different kind of love story. Latest Tollywood musical sensation Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing the music for this movie. On the other hand, ‘Animal’ starring Rashmika as the heroine is raining collections at pan India level. Along with the hero Ranbir Kapoor in this movie, Rashmika showed her performance as the heroine Geetanjali in Peaks.
