Venu Yeldandi, the noted comedian turned Director made an impressive debut with the human emotional village drama ‘Bagalam’ which was well received by the audience all over.
The small film grossed around 50 crores at the box office and the director Venu was showered with accolades from the noted personalities as well. Even after streaming online, the showed it’s power at International level and bagged many international awards recently.
Now, in an unexpected turn, a group pf MPTC’s from Ibrahimpatnam mandal, Jagityal district filed a complaint over Venu Yeldandi for portraying the MPTC’s in a derogatory manner in his film. The local leaders approached Tahsildar and urged him to take the legal action against him.
Director Venu Yeldandi is yet to respond over the issue. Balagam features Priyadarshi, Kavya kalyan Ram in the lead roles which is produced by Hanshita Reddy and Harshith Reddy under the banner of Dil Raju Productions.
