King Nagarjuna has maintained a low profile for a while now, for various reasons, but today, on the occasion of his birthday, the actor seems to have come out of that phase. It has been announced today that the actor would be seen in a key role in Dhanush’s film with director Sekhar Kammula.
The makers of the film announced the same officially today, saying that they needed someone larger than life to portray this character, for this pan-Indian film, and that they are happy to have Nagarjuna on board for the character.
The shooting of this film is yet to begin, with the film set to be Dhanush’s 51st film and second straight Telugu film.
The concept poster that was released a while ago already created a good interest surrounding the film, which will feature Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, making it her first collaboration with Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula as well. The film is scheduled to be released some time next year.
