The title is as important as the content of a movie. The title plays a vital role in taking the film to the masses. That’s why.. the makers do a lot of exercises regarding the titles of their movies. However, it seems that there is a shortage of titles in the Telugu film industry. That’s why.. in some cases old titles are being repeated.
The latest is that Nandamuri Kalyan Ram wants the title ‘Merupu’ for his 21st film. Earlier megapower star Ram Charan’s movie started with this title. Tamil director Dharani started this movie. A part of the film ‘Merupu’, which is set in a sports backdrop, was stopped from working out. Now the makers are thinking of fixing ‘Merupu’ title for Kalyan Ram 21.
Kalyan Ram 21st is directed by Pradeep Chilukuri and jointly produced by Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu. While Sai Manjrekar is acting as Kalyan Ram’s partner in this movie, lady superstar Vijayashanthi will be seen in the other key role. Ajanish Loknath is composing the music for this movie. The film is currently in the shooting stage.
