Guntur Kaaram is a film that is plagued by several controversies and has been so since the very beginning. The film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas and features Superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role. There were scripting issues since the beginning, and it all slowly culminated in the replacement of Pooja Hegde, who was the leading lady of the film.
There have also been speculations about the replacement of Thaman, the music director, with several other names like Anirudh and GV Prakash being heard. However, none of that was confirmed, making everyone think that Thaman was perhaps retained.
It is now being said that the official announcement regarding the replacement of Thaman will be announced soon, with Hesham Abdul Wahab, of Kushi and the Malayalam film Hridayam fame, likely to be roped in to score the music of the film.
