Akkineni Nagarjuna has always been different than his contemporaries when it came to his choice of films because he never shied away from taking huge risks or doing films that were new to the audiences.
He is a trendsetter in its truest sense. Having said that, one also cannot deny the fact that Nagarjuna has not been able to land good projects in recent times, with his last hit being Bangarraju, which was just about okay.
After the massive failure of Ghost, Nagarjuna took a lot of time to finalize his next script, to make sure that it turned out to be the right one. His next has now been announced. It has been titled Naa Saami Ranga, and is directed by Vijay Binni, while it is being produced by Srinivasa Chitturi.
The film is scheduled to be released on Sankranthi 2024. It looks as though Nag is keen on making sure the film releases for Sankranthi since he has been tasting good success during the Sankranthi season itself, in recent years.
