Do the rules of copying not apply for all?

When audiences catch any Telugu or other Indian films having music similar to any Hollywood film or other film, that music or scene is pointed out and trolled for being copied by the filmmaker of that movie. Even director SS Rajamouli has been accused of such a thing.

If being inspired, or copying is not acceptable, then it shouldn’t be acceptable for any film, with no film being an exception. This is a very true statement especially now, as NTR’s fans are reportedly pressurizing director Koratala Siva to include high-octane fight sequences in Devara, like those in the international film Sisu.

Going by the logic that fans and general audiences apply to every film, it doesn’t seem right for fans to want the director to get inspired from an international film.
