Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s Pushpa: The Rise, which was released in December 2021 turned out to be a massive pan-Indian success, exceeding all expectations. The shooting for the sequel of the film, Pushpa: The Rule, began earlier this year, after Sukumar spent an entire year on fine-tuning the script for the second part.
Initially, it was thought that the film would be released towards the end of 2023, but it was later announced that the movie would be released in 2024. It is now being said that the movie will be released sometime in April 2024, making it the perfect summer release.
On the other hand, all the cast members from the original film will be returning for the sequel, and an additional set of cast members are expected to be seen in the movie, which has Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil as the antagonist, while Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.
