The High Court put a stop to the release of the film ‘Vyuham’ directed by the sensational director Ramgopal Varma. The certificate issued by CBFC has been ordered to be kept under suspension till January 11. The next hearing was adjourned to January 11.
The Telugu Desam Party has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court seeking cancellation of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) certificate to ‘Vyuham’. Justice Surepalli Nanda’s bench took up the inquiry on Thursday. Advocate Muralidhar Rao argued on behalf of the petitioner that the picture was taken with the party flags and the names of the leaders, which is defamatory to the leaders of several parties.After hearing the arguments of both sides, the judge ordered the certificate issued by CBFC to be kept under suspension till the 11th of next month.
