Pa Ranjith and Tamil actor Arya delivered ‘Sarpatta Parambarai’ in 2021 which became one of the most highly acclaimed films in recent times.
The period sports drama based on the real stories of North Chennai was vastly celebrated by the fans despite being a direct OTT release during the pandemic.
As per the latest information, Arya and Pa Ranjith are all set to soon smash the screens with ‘Sarpatta 2.’ The actor took to his official Twitter handle and shared the official announcement. The post read, “Match 2#Sarpatta2
In the poster, the leading man of the film Arya, who earlier played the character of Kabilam Munirathnam(Samara) , can be seen standing in a boxing gown.
The remaining cast and crew of this sports is not yet confirmed. It is still not disclosed whether the sequel will be an OTT release, or this time will be released in theaters.
