Opinion: Prabhas has raised the bar higher

With Prabhas, the bar of Telugu cinema has been raised higher. Of course, it is director Rajamouli’s magic without a doubt, but the fact that he chose Prabhas as his hero for raising the bar of Telugu cinema higher talks volumes of the kind of potential that Prabhas has.

Now, with yet another Prabhas film, the bar has been raised even higher. Director Nag Ashwin, who has teamed up with Prabhas for Project K, has now taken Telugu cinema, and as such, Indian cinema, to Hollywood, with the first glimpse of Project K set to be released on July 20th (July 21st in India), at the famous San Diego Comic-Con, making Project K the first ever Indian movie to go to Comic Con.

Along with that, the title of the movie is also going to be released at the event. Prabhas is going to be present at this event, along with Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. There are massive hypes on the film already, given that Nag Ashwin already said that the film has a pan-world concept. Let’s see what he has in store.
