The upcoming Sankranti season is getting terrific .Not one, not two.. Half a dozen films are simultaneously preparing for competition in the Sankranti ring. Sankranti is still two and half months away. However.. from now all the competing films are increasing the speed of promotion. Announcing the release dates competitively, they are giving hints that they will not lose from the competition.
The release dates of ‘Guntur Karam, Saindhav, Eagle, Hanuman’ which are in the Sankranthi ring have already been announced. Among them, ‘Guntur Karam, Hanuman’ movies are releasing on January 12.. ‘Saindhav, Eagle’ are going to release on January 13. Ravi Teja’s ‘Eagle’ team has announced that it is coming on 13th January at the latest. Also.. The release dates of ‘Na Sami Ranga, Family Star’ which is coming up for Sankranti is yet to be clarified.
Sankranti has a good scope for three or four films. According to those movies. Theaters can also adjust. But.. there is a possibility that the problem of theaters is more if there are half a dozen movies at a time. And.. How many of these films will be released as Sankranti approaches? How many postponements? Must see.
