The pre-release event of Prabhas’s upcoming film Adipurush, took place on a grand scale in Tirupati on June 6th, for which the entire cast and crew of the film was present.
Speaking at the event, Prabhas said that no one apart from Kriti Sanon would have suited well for the role of Sita. This caused a lot of eyebrows to raise. The main reason for this is now coming out. Sources have revealed that Kriti put in a lot of homework to get the role of Sita right in the movie.
The actress reportedly read a lot of versions of the Ramayana to get the perfect idea for the role. She is also said to have watched existing versions of Ramayana for the same. With so much homework having been done by the actress, she is said to have given a very true and humble performance, right from her body language to the way she delivered her dialogues. It is to be seen how her performance is, upon the film’s release.
