In almost every generation, there’s been a sure formula for success in Tollywood, and even in the other various film industries of India. However, in recent times, there seems to be no sure success formula anywhere, with even those films that are considered safe bets turning out to be disasters.
Big stars are unable to pull crowds to theatres, which was not the case previously. If a film is bad, it is barely playing in theatres for a week, and there’s no saying whether a film will be watched by audiences if the songs turn out to be chartbusters.
Every success formula that was previously known has turned into nothing but garbage now, with filmmakers trying to come up with new ways of entertaining the audiences and testing various concepts. Right now, it is safe to say that there’s no success formula written in steel, and the only way to succeed is to present any concept in the most fresh, unique and interesting way possible.
