Salaar is a film that has had massive expectations on it ever since the day it was announced. The reasons for this are that the film features Prabhas in the lead role, who is the biggest mass action hero in India currently, and another reason is that the film is being directed by Prashant Neel of the KGF franchise.
The KGF franchise turned out to be a major success, and that’s why there are a lot of hopes that the director will be able to show Prabhas in the right way after the successful Baahubali franchise. While this may be true, it is also to be considered that hoping too much may not yield good results.
Sometimes, even if a film is good, if the film falls short of the massive expectations that audiences have, then that could be a problem as well. As such, it is to be seen how Salaar will turn out to be.
