Samantha enjoys the position of a top actress in Tollywood and is still very much in demand, which continuous offers from producers for the actress. However, it is being said that the actress is avoiding Telugu films these days, and is opting to feature in pan-Indian or international projects only.
The only Telugu film that Samantha is currently working on is Kushi, opposite Vijay Deverakonda. Apart from that, Samantha has Citadel and other Hollywood projects lined up.
It seems as though the actress is digging her own grave by avoiding Telugu films, as many actresses before her neglected Tollywood in favor of Bollywood, like Ileana, Rakul, Tapsee and many others, but have failed to create a mark in Bollywood, and also lost their popularity in Telugu.
