‘Matka’ is a period drama starring Mega Prince Varun Tej. This movie, which is being directed by Vilakshana director Karunakumar, has already completed two schedules of shooting. Recently, Hyderabad has started its third schedule in a special set at Ramoji Film City. Director Karuna Kumar is shooting the crucial scenes in this set which reflects the vintage Vizag locations.
Meenakshi Chowdary will act opposite Varun in the movie ‘Matka’ which is jointly produced by Vyra Entertainments. Nora Fatehi, Naveen Chandra, Kannada Kishore, Ajay Ghosh, Maim Gopi will be seen in other key roles. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the film. Varun Tej Aadhyam is going to be brand new in this movie. The already released ‘Matka’ open bracket promotional film has received a good name.
