Virupaksha is an action, mystery thriller movie which stars Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon as the lead actors. Directed by Karthik Varma Dandu and produced by B V N S Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra. This investigative horror thriller has hit the screens on Friday.
Set in the backdrop of 1990s, the story takes place in a village Rudravanam. A family is killed by the people of that village for practicing occult worship. After a long time Surya comes to Rudravanam village and falls in love with Nandini.

Sai Dharam Tej’s acting is very good especially in some action scenes in the second half as well as in the key scenes in the pre-climax. Samyukta Menon also impressed with her performance. She impressed the viewers with her performance in horror scenes.
As per the latest information, the audience who are unable to watch this project in the theatres are eyeing for the OTT release date. OTT giant Netflix confirmed that this horror thriller will be available on Netflix very soon. It is officially confirmed by the OTT giant on the beginning of the movie. The makers are in plans to get this project released on OTT only after a 45-day theatrical run. The music was composed by B.Ajaneesh Loknath while the cinematography was done by Shamdat Sainudeen and it is edited by Navin Nooli.
