Allari Naresh was known as the king of comedy and used to release films one after the other. Suddenly, the actor changed gears and did films like Maharshi and Naandhi which were big hits at the box office.
Naandhi was directed by Vijay Kanamedala and had Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as the female lead. Now, after a gap of two years, the team of Naresh and Vijay have teamed up for one more film called Ugram.
As per the intial announcement, the film is scheduled for theatrical release on 14th April 2023. Buzz is that the makers are planning to change the release date.
This will have a worldwide release on 5th of May in a decent number of screens. Malayalam Beauty Mirnaa Menon is the leading lady.
Bankrolled by Shine Screens banner Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, Ugram has its music composed by Sri Charan Pakala. While Chota K Prasad is roped in for editing work, Siddharth J is the cinematographer for Ugram.
