Dashhing Director Puri jagannath suffered a setback in the form of his last outing ‘Liger’ which incurred huge losses as it is his maiden production venture. Despite the sports drama, the movie failed to live upto the audience expectations and now Puri is aiming a strong comeback with his next film.
Many rumours were spread about Puri’s next project but nothing has been finalized. Many of the star heroes and tier-2 heroes are occupied with bunch of films in pipeline and none of them are ready to allocate dates for the veteran director. So Puri convinced Ram with his story and the movie is almost confirmed.
As of now, Puri Jagannath pinned all his hopes on Ram for his next project, as delivered a career’s biggest hit for Ram in the form of Ismart Shankar when the actor suffered series of debacles. Moreover Ram is the only person who did not lock any of the director after his current project with Boyapati Sreenu.
Now with the duo teaming for the second time, the expectations on the combo have risen. but we have to wait and watch whether the duo are working on Imsart sequel ‘Double Ismart’ or a fresh project. it is heard that the movie is expected to start rolling by October this year.
