Not many are aware noted cinematographer Karthik Ghattamaneni made his directional debut with the 2015 film, Surya Vs Surya. Later, he never directed any movie and has been continuing as a cinematographer.
As per the latest information, it is heard that the director turned cinematographer is giving a comeback as a director once again with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Eagle. Karthik impressed with his photography work for the recently released blockbuster, Karthikeya 2 and Dhamaka.
Now, the exclusive news is that for his second directional venture Karthik Ghattamaneni will be directing Mass hero Ravi Teja. Ravi Teja is currently shooting for his upcoming Pan Indian film, Tiger Nageshwara Rao. After the shooting of this project, the lead actor is all set to kickstart the shooting of Eagle.
Sources say that Eagle is a freemake of the Hollywood film, John Wick. However, the filmmaker has clarified that Eagle is not a copy or a remake of any film. He added that the second schedule of Eagle will begin in June 2023, once Ravi Teja wraps up Tiger Nageshwara Rao.
Buzz is that the Anupama Parameshwaran will be seen as the leading lady opposite Ravi Teja in this action drama. The other cast and crew of this project will be revealed post the release of Tiger Nageshwara Rao. This project is jointly produced by TG.Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under the banner of People Media Factory.
