Agent was having a bad talk from day one itself. The film went over budget and the film went for re-shoots. The makers also started the promotions quite late in the day which did not help matters at all.
The film received bad talk from the first show itself. As the film was so bad, the word of mouth grew and the occupancy fell down like a pack of cards shocking the trade as well. The film has left so many distributors at a massive loss.
If this was not enough, the producer Anil Sunkara tweeted and said that the film went on floors even without a bounded script. This made things even worse for the collections and the occupancy has died down.
Now, the scene is such that the film has been removed from so many theaters and instead, Virupaksha has been given more theaters. As there are no other films, Virupaksha is attracting a good audience at the box office. Karthik Dandu has directed it. The film has made over 70 crores gross.
