With Dhanush’s SIR, Venky Atluri has achieved another triumph. Venky had trouble in finding success as his films Rang De and Mr. Majnu were said to be average and couldn’t reach the audience expectations.
However, He managed to convince Dhanush for a message oriented film titled ‘Sir’ and the resources are pooled by Sithara Entertainments.
Sir had it’s world wide release on February 17th and received a strong start from the day-1, and now Tollywood is buzzing about the director’s upcoming movie.
As per the latest information, Venky Atluri and Varun Tej would collaborate for their upcoming film. This film marks the second combination of the actor-director duo after Tholiprema. If everything goes well, this project will kickstart in Mid Summer.
As of now, Varun Tej and Praveen Sattaru are now working on the full-length action movie Gandeevadhari Arjuna which is scheduled for release in August.
