Shankar’s most anticipated film, Indian 2 stars Universal Hero Kamal Hassan as the male lead. In August 2022, Shankar announced that he will be filming both Indian 2 and RC15, simultaneously.

Shankar is now ready to shoot for Indian2. As per the latest information, Shankar finally resumed the shooting of Indian2.
Taking to Twitter, Shankar shared a picture from the sets of the film which he captioned, “Back on the sets of #Indian2”.
Banked by Lyca Productions, Indian2 also features Siddarth, Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, Samuthirakani and Nedumudi Venu in the key roles.
