After delivering the superhit Naandhi, actor Allari Naresh and director Vijay Kanakamedala are working together for the second time on yet another intriguing project ‘Ugram’ where the protagonist will be seen in a ferocious character. The film’s shoot is in the last legs of shoot.
Earlier, the makers came up with an update on the release date through this small glimpse stating that the film will be releasing on 14 April 2023. However, the Ugram makers gave space to Shaakuntalam and pushed their movie to May. They announced the new release date and also dropped an intense poster of the lead actor on social media.
As per the latest information, Ugram is scheduled to hit the theatres on 5 May 2023. In the poster, Allari Naresh is seen in an intense fight sequence in this poster thrashing the goons amidst a dark back drop. Now giving the way to Shaakuntalam, Naresh declared fight with Gopichand’s Ramabanam which is planned for the release on the same day.
Mirnaa is the female lead opposite Allari Naresh in the movie. Some popular actors are playing important roles in the movie, wherein almost the same technical team that worked for Naandhi is part of Ugram as well. Toom Venkat has written the story, whereas Abburi Ravi has penned the dialogues. Sid is taking care of the cinematography, while Sricharan Pakala provides the music. The movie is bankrolled by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under their banner Shine Screens.
