Nani’s Dasara was released today amidst huge expectations and the film bagged a blockbuster word of mouth from all over which increased curiosity among the audience and movie lovers. USA had it’s premieres and early shows yesterday and the movie is expected to score big numbers at the ticket windows not only in USA but also in both the Telugu states.
Previously, Vijay Deverakonda who came to the audience with his sports drama ‘Liger had set a record in the USA premiere by registering 505K with Tier-2 hero’s biggest openings. Now Nani’s raw and rustic drama ‘Dasara” surpassed Liger with a great margin and is expecting to collect more than 850K in one day by creating a sensational record for Tier-2 heroes.
USA, always being the bronze fort of Nani fetches good numbers for his films and it was already a proved fact with his previous films. now after setting a new bench mark we have to see how well the raw revenge drama collects in it’s final run at the US box office.
Dasara, directed by Srikanth Odela has music by Santosh Narayanan and Avinash Kolla is the production designer of the film. cinematography is handled by Sathyan Sooryan and Naveen Nooli took utmost care of the editing part of the film.
Bankrolled by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Cinemas. the movie has Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, while Deekshith Shetty and Shine Tom Chacko in the crucial roles.
