Venu Yeldandi, a former comedian turned director, made his debut with the small film, Balagam, which turned out to be a hit in both the theatres and OTT Platforms. The movie features Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram in the lead roles. It is well known that this project has recently received 4 awards at the Washington DC International Festival.
Hyping the curiosity and much to the surprise of fans and audience this project has bagged another International award, this time for the Best Sound Design at the Athens International Monthly Film Festival. This news was announced officially by the director Venu Yeldandi on his social media handle.
Apart from the lead actors, Balagam also stars Muralidhar Goud, Jayaram, Roopa, Racha Ravi and others in pivotal roles. Resources pooled By Harshith Reddy and Hansitha Reddy under the banner of Dil Raju Productions, this project has music by Bheems Ceciroleo.
