Pan Indian actor Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan’s upcoming film ‘Adipurush’ has been in the news continuously since the release of the teaser. However, just a few hours after the release of the teaser, the netizens began criticising the film for Saif’s “Islamic” look, unconvincing VFX, and also the costumes of the other cast were targeted. The recent poster released on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami was also trolled by the netizens.
Disregarding these trolls, the makers are in plans to release a poster on 6 April on the eve of Hanuman Jayanthi. The makers are in plans to repeat the sentiment and release the content highlighting Lord Hanuman at 07:11AM on Thursday. The makers of Adipurush released a poster of Devdatta Nage as Lord Hanuman makring the occasion of Hanuman Jayanthi, by showcasing him in meditation mode.
The multilingual period saga, which is being touted as a film celebrating “the victory of good over evil”, is an on-screen adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana. It features Prabhas as Lord Ram and Saif as Lankesh. Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-series, Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles.
