The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) had to make do without the batting brilliance of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers in the initial phase of IPL Season 10 since both were injured. AB de Villiers was suffering from a back problem, has overcome it and joined the team. Virat Kohli had injured his shoulder during the 3rd Test match against Australia and is yet to attain full fitness. Due to this, he missed the last test match and a few initial matches of IPL.
Since the beginning of IPL, everyone had the same question – When will Virat Kohli resume?
After going through training and assessments, the skipper seems to be all set for the IPL season. He announced his return on his Instagram post that he will be making a comeback on April 14. The RCB Captain, Virat Kohli is said to join the team against Mumbai Indians at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Friday, 14th April 2017. With his comeback, RCB is now all set to rock with a trio of Chris Gayle, ABD, and Kohli and make it more challenging for their opponents.
