Liquor baron Vijay Mallya granted conditional bail in just after 3 hours of being arrested by Scotland Yard. The Westminister court granted him bail.
The tycoon owes over Rs 9000 crore to Indian banks. He fled to London last year. Shortly after release, Mallya tweeted about it, “Usual Indian media hype. Extradition hearing in Court started today as expected.”
Vijay Mallya was arrested on behalf of the Indian authorities in relation to accusations of fraud but soon managed to get bail.
