Deadly cancer has taken a life again and this time it’s a seven-year-old Filip.
His last wish was to be buried along with his mother so that she could look after him in heaven. On Friday he died peacefully in hospital.
At the age of two, Filip was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis type 1 – an accumulation of abnormal blood cells in the bone marrow and recovered initially but later his condition worsened.
To fulfill his last wish, a campaign was started and it raised £41,000, that was enough to fund the burial.
Now his father, Piotr Kwasny, 40 has said, “My little boy has now gone, there will forever be emptiness beside me and in my heart; but he will never be forgotten and he will always be loved. I really appreciate all the support from the public and from JustGiving which is going to enable me to fulfill Filip’s wish of being put to rest next to his mother.”
Rest in Peace Filip. Hope you are in a happy place now!
