olim, Goa had attracted a number of bidders but did not work out every time. The reserve price of 85 crore did not result in any buyers and same happened even when it was brought down to Rs 81 crore and after this last auction took place in March 2017 with lower reserve price of Rs 73 crores.
According to a media report, SBI chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya said that there was sale but hasn’t revealed the details and name of the buyer.
Sachin Joshi has mentioned himself as a Vice Chairman of JMJ group of companies and also owns Viking Media and Entertainment. He has also starred in movies like Mumbai Mirror, Jackpot etc.
