Indian Army Vows Revenge after Pakistan Kills and Mutilates 2 Indian Soldiers

In a recent action around the LOC, Pakistan killed and mutilated 2 soldiers who were patrolling between the posts. Pakistan Army denied the action and called India’s allegation “false” after India vowed revenge for the mutilation of its two soldiers.

“Such attacks don’t even take place during war, let alone peace,” said Defence Minister Arun Jaitley, according to press reports. “The Government of India strongly condemns this act and the whole country has full confidence and faith in our armed forces which will react appropriately to this inhuman act.”

Pakistan has denied India’s account of mutilation, declaring “Pakistan Army is a highly professional force and shall never disrespect a soldier even Indian.”

“In a unsoldierly act by the Pak Army, the bodies of two of our soldiers in the patrol were mutilated. Such despicable act of Pakistan Army will be appropriately responded,” said the Northern Command and India retaliated with heavy mortar firing in a media report.
